The birthday session will take place inside my home studio in Hawkinge near Folkestone. It will last between 30 minutes - 1 hour so please allow that much time. I will take the lead from your child. If they want to be sat in a prop they can be, if they'd rather sit on the floor that's fine too or even standing up. In my experience of working with children and having had two of my own, a child will know their own mind and we run the session knowing and embracing all of the craziness it has to offer!

We will discuss colour choices and birthday related props beforehand.

A few weeks before you would want the shoot.

Can siblings be photographed together during a birthday session?

Yes, for a birthday shoot up to 2 siblings are allowed to attend, but please note they need to be under the age of 9 because of limited studio space. Please let me know in advance if you are planning to have a birthday shoot with a sibling/siblings. There is an additional charge of £10 per sibling for any birthday session. This simply allows for the extra time that this will take during the photoshoot and extra editing.

A non refundable £10 deposit is required at the time of booking. A remaining £45 is to be paid on the day at the start of the session. I accept contactless payments on my phone.

Once you have paid a deposit, the online price quoted at the time of booking will be honoured even if my pricing structure changes
